  • Warm Yin

    Thursdays 6-7 pm, The Yoga Root

    This warm restorative practice focuses on deep stretching and connecting to breath with the studio heated to a blissful 27°C. We will stay in postures for several minutes assisted by blocks and bolsters while infrared heaters penetrate the muscles and assist the opening of your body. Yin Yoga is great for those of you looking to be more flexible and develop your capacity to rest in stillness.

    Tuesdays 7:30pm -8:30pm

    Learn the foundations of yoga and mindful movement while you build strength and flexibility. Every week we begin by connecting with the breath, then we flow through poses that build strength and flexibility. Then we always complete the practice with a meditative savasana that will leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

  • Breathing Space Community

    Coming soon! A unique online space where we share information on mindful practices, books, playlists and what inspires us. I also share my online classes with the breathing space community and updates to my in-person classes.

    This is a place for the experienced yogi, the yoga-curious, if you want to start a home practice or you just want to learn more about mindful movement.
